Model FSEC748GFS0 is squeeking some but the big problem is it leaving little rust marks. any ideas?

rust marks where? on the clothes?
look inside the drum for chips of porcelain missing. drying sneakers can chip the drum surface, or the snaps off dungarees if it hits it hard enough.

On many Frigidaire dryers a squealing sound is a sign that the rear drum bearing is worn. If continued to be used in that condition it can result in the drum shaft being cut totally in half. When that occurs the drum will drop which can do further damage.

If the sound is coming from towards the back, it is likely a fairly serious problem which I *strongly* suggest you look into it quickly.

For the rusting, the drum would need to be inspected to see where it was coming from. Although not directly from Frigidaire, this paint is recommended by Whirlpool for correcting finish problems on their dryer's drums.
