Whirlpool Deepfreeze-Anyone know how old?

We recently bought a house and in the basement is a Whirlpool Deepfreeze. I've looked everywhere and cant find any information about it. It is Model # EWH18S1 (maybe i not 1 at the end). It is 18 cu ft, top open lockable door and 110V.

Just looking to find out when it was made. Thanks for the Help. Chris

Anyone know how old?

The age is usually encoded into the serial number not the model number. If you post that serial number, I may be able to date it.

BTW. People rarely guess the right age for an appliance just by looking at it. Many Frigidaire appliances from the 60's look more modern than many current models.
