Dryer will not heat up. I cannot tell if it is the thermostat or the heating element. PLEASE HELP it seems all my appliances are going bad.

Dryer will not heat up.

I cannot tell if it is the thermostat or the heating element.

They (and the other possible causes) will each need to be tested to determine if they're defective or not.
