  • About turning the refridgerator off for defrosting

Sometimes, but very rarely, we turn the refridgerator off so that hopefully water or whatever stuff it is between the refridgerator and freezer would fall out. Is it worth it? Sometimes, food can be warm in the refridgerator no matter how cold we set the temperature.

I generally get good results from that. To me, it is better than poking around with a sharp object and hurting something.

How old is your refrigerator? When you say sometimes food can be warm, is it seasonal?
