I've got a GE refrigerator (TBX18JABARWW) that's leaking water from below the veggie drawers. From what I read, it's probably a blocked drain tube. I found the drain in the back, pulled off the top and couldn't find any obstruction. (The tube was full of water though). Any tips on getting the entire tube off? This seems to require taking off the back bottom panel.

** I found the drain in the back **
You mean on the rear of the cabinet or at the rear inside the fridge compartment.
** Any tips on getting the entire tube off? **
It shouldn't usually need to be taken off the appliance.
** couldn't find any obstruction. **
You blew or poured water through the tubing to assess it? It isn't usually the tubing that gets blocked anyway (although that can sometimes be a possibility) it is more often the drain cup inside the fridge compartment or drain trough inside the freezer beneath the evaporator that experiences blockages.
Although not specifically for your model the images at the following link might give you an idea of other areas which might need investigation.
