GE Profile not cooling

So, I got home last night and my Fiance told me that the fridge is not cold anymore... I looked and the temperature is 46 when its set to 47 and the freezer was 28 degrees but when i got hom eit was 21 I set the Turbo cool on and in 8 hours its suppose to be to like 34 then within2 hours it goes to your preset, obviously the time frames will vary based on your usage but that was late at night when i got home tonight the freezer went down only to 17 derees when its set to zero and the fridge still says Turbo cool...ANy advise or anything to check for? Thanks in advance
