kenmore ice maker not working properly

I have a kenmore top freezer # 106.70104000 and the ice maker has stopped working. temp is o.k.(0 degrees) I took the ice maker out of the freezer. there was ice in the tray things. i let it melt, took the ice out , put the unit back in. water filled the tray, it froze and harvested ONCE. It wouldnt make more. ONCE AGAIN, i took it out, thawed it out, put it back in and the same thing. Water filled, froze, harvested ONE TIME ONLY. What is likely up with this???

At what point in the cycle did it stop? Did the 'rake' start to harvest the cubes and just sort of stick before finished?

the tray fills with water, freezes but that seems to be it. it doesnt appear that the rake is even starting
