Hardwood Floor Steam Cleaner Wont Make Steam

It's a deluxe steam mop model number 7603, the ones you get at the fairs, and wont make any steam at all, the lights come on and it wont heat up at all, please help, thank you

Look for and then test heater, etc.

I'm not familiar with the construction of any steam cleaner but it must have a heating element and with it, likely a thermal fuse or protector too. Either could have failed to cause your symptom.
