GE Profile Fridge - Water dispenser isn't working.

I have a GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice cube dispenser on the freezer door. The water dispenser is not working, but the ice cube maker is working fine... any suggestions? thank you!!

You can read though and check each of the things mentioned in the following forum post. Possibilities include a frozen water reservoir, frozen water line or malfunctioning water valve.:
