KitchenAide side by side not cooling, not freezing.

I have a KitchenAide side by side refrigerator model KSRB25FKSS04.
The refrigerator is not cooling and the freezer is not freezing. This started yesterday afternoon.
I hear the fan running.
Every few minutes I something clicking on and off.
Just need a little help in troubleshooting this. Thanks.

If from the compressor area, it could be the compressor's overload protector cutting out because the compressor failed to start running. In that case power should be disconnected from the appliance until the problem can be investigated or damage to the compressor can result... if it isn't already the cause.
