This is based on my own experience on my refrigerator. Sometimes items vibrate on the shelves and against each other. Try moving things arouns a bit and see if that helps.
I also encountered that kind of problem. My refrigerator was leaking and so I called a repairman. But I observed what he was doing so that I will learn how to fix it next time. First, he shut off the water that comes in to the refrigerator and tighten the fitting with his hand. If the leak still doesn’t stop, you may need to inspect the ice maker components.
