Dyson V11 batteries naturally lose some of their capacity over time. That’s just how lithium-ion batteries work. Using Boost mode a lot can drain the battery faster and wear it out sooner because it’s running at full power. It’s also a good idea not to let the battery run completely flat too often, as that can shorten its lifespan. Charging it after each use and unplugging it once it’s full helps keep the battery healthy. Try to store the vacuum somewhere cool, away from heat or direct sunlight. Cleaning the filters regularly makes a big difference too, since a clogged filter makes the vacuum work harder and use more battery. Sometimes doing a full discharge and recharge can help keep the battery indicator accurate. If the battery life has really dropped after a while, getting a replacement battery is usually the way to go. Hope this helps!
