    Home Amp. volume problem

i have a sanyo stereo amplifier JA 2503

When i turn the volume up i get a scratching sound from the speakers.
this is a sign of the Potentiometer wearing out and needs replacing.
problem is iv not seen a Potentiometer like this one before and im having trouble finding a replacment that i can buy from the uk. cna anyone find one that i can use to replace it or recommend an alternative that will work? i have good soldering skills and they way i see it i might as well try to fix it and if i cant i can allways put it in the bin

go to mouser electronics in texas. they have audio taper pots from IRC that snap together for different functions.
