Hello to all forum members
im having problems with the the remote on this unit,
its been difficult to use for a few days ,every time a command is issued it refuses to work, ive changed the batteries but to no avail ,it will work manually though,previously it worked when pressing the dvd or video mode button first prior to a command ,can anyone help please ,the remote serial no. is nb126 thanks

Sounds like your remote has gone bad.

Go to a dollar store and buy a cheap universal remote.

Had a similar thing happen to an old Symphonic VHS/DVD player in the past
