when i turn on the tv on the power button go off. Same thing with the remote.

Try unplugging the tv, letting it sit for about 5 minutes and then plugging it back in. But before you do this take the remote out of the room and putting it in a drawer. Sometimes the buttons get stuck on the remote and I've had to even reset the pc board in the tv itself by doing the above mentioned by unplugging and replugging.Comment
