    Pioneer volume control

I have a Pioneer VSX-3700S receiver with a bad volume control (Pioneer #ACX1033-A). I could not find a replacement part anywhere. When I tried to pull the thing apart to clean up the contacts on the pots I ended up breaking one of the pots so as to be unfixable (by me anyway). It consists of 2 double layer ALPS pots, a 100K and a 50K. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find either a replacement volume control or replacement pots?

    Thanks.

go to mouser or allied electronics. mouser is in texas and allied in new jersey. look for "ohmite" stackable potentiometers. you can "build" your own stacks by snapping sections together.
