46" vizio lcd tv

I have a 46" Vizio LCD TV, when i turn it on i have sound but no picture. I was wondering if anyone could let me know what might be wrong with it?

There is no picture at all? Since it is new, I would just take it back. Often times problems can be multifaceted. If you fix it, it might happen again in the future. I'd return it.
