I know this is an old thread but I've had some success with furniture wax in repairing scuffs or scratches on laminate countertops. They also make laminate fillers, but you'll want to match your color on those.

You can fill the scratches in with laminate paste or filler products, or you can apply furniture paste wax to hide the scratches.

Sorry, if it's laminate your marks are permanent. The only hope you would have of any kind of repair like that would be if it was on a solid surface counter top like Quartz, silestone, granite etc...

    Knife Marks in countertop

    Hello,
I know almost nothing about home repair or upkeep. While cooking a few days ago, using a cutting board that was woefully thin, the knife etched into the counter. Is there any way to fix/make it better? I think the counter top is some sort of laminate...it is a blueish covering over what appears to be cardboard underneath it. Click image for larger version
