Bath Room Vanity Light - how to replace bulbs?

Hello All - I have this unique bath room vanity light and the light bulbs are dying one by one and I have tried to find a clever way of replacing them. I am stuck though - has anyone ever seen a back lit mirror like this and how do I change out the light bulbs?
