A specific 3 way switch wiring question for multiple in series receptacles

Would love to see a visual on a switch with 14-2 in, 3 in series outlets in the ceiling (for plugging in shop lights - all to be controlled by switches/no tabs broken) and a second switch at the end of the run. Incoming power prior to switch 1.

    hot - switch - outlet - outlet - outlet - switch.

I have prewired 14-3 between the switch and each outlet and then to final switch I just want to connect properly and hopefully just once!

Thank you in advance for your time.

are all outlets to be switched or one-half hot and one half switched?

        switched outlets

First of all, remove the three wire you have between the outlets. It is not needed.
Next run a 14-2 between all the outlets and a run to the remote switch. [see diagram]
Your feeder will go into the first switch box.Click image for larger version
