hey i have a delema, i want to buy an electric water heater but i would have to splice a 220 off of the dryer, b/c the waer heater is a 220. is this possible? [?]if any one knows please feel free to e-mail me. thank you very much

Sure this is possible. The problem might arise when they are both on, and pull more amps than the breaker would allow.
