Dishwasher over Circuit Panel

I am remodeling my kitchen and the place I have chosen to locate my dishwasher ends up being directly above my circuit panel (kitchen on first floor, panel in basement). Is this against code? Has anyone seen this setup before?

It's not against code to place your dishwasher there, and it shouldn't be a problem as long as the dishwasher drain is piped over to underneathe the kitchen sink and discharges through the sink drain line.
