Bathroom Space Heater blows...cold air

I have this wonderful - or it use to be - Bionaire bathroom space heater. It was thermostatically controlled, heated the bathroom in a jiffy and had a little led clock in it to show the time. It suddenly quit blowing hot air and now blows just cold air. Is there any simple troubleshooting and fix that might get this back to work? I can go buy another, but I cannot find one like this one and I like how it works. Thank you.

There's not much to go wrong in heaters of this sort. The last one I repaired had a defective thermostat. Other than an open heating element, an off/on-hi/lo switch could be bad. Determine trouble using an ohmmeter to verify where an open circuit lies.
