Electric baseboard Heaters

I am putting 3 baseboard heaters into an apartment, 6ft, 4ft, and a 20inch. 2 questions,

Do I have to wire them each to a different breaker?
14/2 or 12/2 wiring?

What is the wattage of each heater and what is the voltage? 240 volts or 120 volts?
