My 3-Way

I have attached a 3-Way problem. When you get time please draw in what wires go where. I have a start of what I have, a piece of romex going to a junction box with a Black, White ( I used yellow to be seen better) & a green (for the bare ground wire. The way I have it drawn is the way the boxes are located. One switch is downstairs & one is upstairs.

The best way is via the link below. Feed your power from the junction box to whichever switch you like and then follow the diagram. Make sure you wrap a piece of tape around the common wire at both switchs to identify it as such.
