    Wiring For My Kiln

I need to install an outlet in the garage for my kiln. The specs that come with it say: NEMA 6-30R, 30 AMP Cord, 208-240 Volts, 25-26 Amps, 5.5 Kilowatts. (It's a Cress Kiln, E18) The main breaker box for the house, is just on the outside of the garage wall from where I will install the new outlet on the interior of the garage wall. I'm looking for step-by-step instructions. Any links or help out there?

Kiln wiring - pretty straightforward for a 220 circuit. Just as normal as a 120 volt circuit with the addition of another hot wire.
Use a 4 11/16 inch deep square junction box with a round hole 1/2 inch raised cover to fit the receptacle.
