Draft through light switches

Crazy questions here.....

I have noticed on several occasions when I go to turn off the lights that there is a draft blowing through my light switches. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I just know that that has got to be hurting my electrical heating bill.

Go to a home depot and get some outlet and switch insulation plates - these are foam inserts that go behind the switch / outlet plates.
