Wiring a 2 switch box

I currently have a 2 switch box on my wall with three wires coming into it. I know that one wire goes to the ceiling light, and the other goes to a box underneath the sink for my garbage disposal. I am assuming that the third wire is the power supply.



I cannot figure out how to hook all three wires up to 2 switches. Help please!!!

The following diagram should help you. The White wire is colored blue because I can't draw white on white background. The bare grounds go one to each switch, box ground (if it's metal) and all three cables.
