lost power to my garage oulets and garage door opener. Check gfi and breakers and all have power. Plugged in the ol x-mas lites and all dead. Any suggestions? Do I need to replace the all 3 outlets

I would go back to the breaker panel and confirm by flicking the breaker off / on a couple of times to ensure that is is reset and then confirm that the GFCI is properly reset also.
If you know which breaker it is for sure ( and you are comfortable doing this) then you can check at the breaker panel if there is power going through the breaker using a test probe or multimeter. If there is power then you need to check for an interuption in the circuit. One fried plug or a damaged wire, something has failed and you need to check at each connection point.
