Sorry for disappearing. Had two out of state business trips in a row, and they still expected me to get my normal work done.

The appliance is a large copier/printer/scanner machine in my office. I was looking to get an understanding of what the heck they were talking about. You all were able to answer that here, as well as by emails and it was much appreciated.

They actually showed up with the machine and then left without leaving it here because, in my opinion, they failed to ensure that what we had was sufficient before they A) sold it to us and B) tried to deliver it.

I had wondered if it was as simple as replacing the wall plug and maybe upticking the breaker. As it turned out, we had a licensed electrician come in and take care of it. We have the plug. We still don't have the new equipment.
