Has anyone had any experience/trouble running CAT5 or telephone near/parallel to AC runs?

They need to be at least 18 inches away from the romex, and if they need to cross, do it at right angles.

I have Cat5 running on the inside of my return air duct. This was the only way to get it upstairs, 2 floors above, without having to open the walls on all 3 levels.
