Adding Outlets

2 rooms in my house only have a light scitch and an overhead light (no outlets). Is it possible to tap off the light or the switch using wiremold to add outlets? If so can some one tell me the correct way. Thanks! Also this is a fuse box system. Thanks again!

Sure, it is possible, but it may not be the easiest or cleanest way to do it. Are the rooms on the 1st floor or above? Also, if the rooms are on the first floor, is there a basement beneath where the joists are exposed? If that is the case, it may be easier to run a new line from the basement upwards to the outlets.
