any BELKIN "surge-master" other than the rotating outlets are a good bet. there's provisions to plug in a telephone line rj-11 and outlet to a modem if dial up is used. I haven't seen any yet for a cable modem.

Monster cable makes one for audio/computer/regular service. It is a beast. I have 3 and love em.
