Attaching telephone wire along a door metal frame

I need to run a telephone line along a metal door frame. Looking for ideas to "tuck in" the line, to make it as invisible as possible? Gluing, stapling, other techniques? I'd appreciate suggestions.

krazy glue would be your best bet. even better if you can find a jacketed cable with a color as close to your finish frame color.
