Hello-great forum, hope it keeps me out of therapy. Recenty we had a new fridge installed and the movers scratched several brick tiles in the process. Sears sent out someone to eval. the damage but he stated he was not experienced with brick tile and would get back with us. Other than replace the tiles is there a way to repair or touch up the damage,[V]

Even if there is a way to repair the tiles, I would highly recommend that you insist they replace them. It is their responsibility, don't let them leave you with something worse than you started with.

Couldn't agree more. Any 'touchup' will not be as solid as the original. And once it's been done and you 'sign-off' on it, you'll never get them back to do it 'right'. Tile replacement. (.)Comment
