refinishing wooden stairs
03-04-2008, 08:34 PM
I have refinished some indoor stairs but am wondering what to use over the stain. I would think Polyurathane would be slippery. Is there a sealing product that would be less slippery?
Thank you

urethane when dry isn't slippery. a better floor finish is Fabulon but it's expensive at $45 a gallon.

I'd use polyurethane.
