Well, as luck would have it, I have a small leak in the corner of my basement. It is not a huge leak, and it seems to be coming out of a few cracks in the corner (right next to the sump pump). There is no water going in the sump pump though.
My question is, what steps do I need to take to get this taken care of. Like I said, no water is puddling up or anything, but it is something i am keeping an eye on.
I did a quick search online and found the radonseal waterproofing kit. I was wondering, has anyone tried anyting like this, and if so does it work. I found that they have a crack repair kit also. I don't want to try it though if it is a waste of money.
