I have a cold air return in my FROG or bonus room over the garage. Since the furnace/AC is in the attic, during the summer months hot air streams through the cold air return making the bonus room extremely warm. Suggestions on how to fix?

You are gonna need to make a door of some type that goes into the cold air return to stop this air flow. The a/c vents to the outside of the unit so you'll need to fan force the extra heat out of the garage. Use a couple of gable fans that come on when the a/c comes on. In the winter the cold air return needs to be open and the gable fans should be switchable to off
