    Please see attached image of the schematic. I believe the gas valve is Honeywell.

      If you have a lose connection i would not be able to find that. If you have 24 volt coming to the gas valve and it is not opening then its the gas valve not working right. Just make sure that it is 24 volt not 21 or 22 volts Paul

        Thank you.

        Looking at the wiring diagram, can you tell me if that 24 volts should be at pins 3 and 8? Can you also tell me what pin 7 is doing. Is that some sort of ground or something or does it also have voltage?
