Bryant furnace will not work, no flame.

I recently had to work on a bryant furnace in someones home, and it will not work. Upon starting up, it instantly gives an error code for flame roll out or something, it is code 13. Basically, when it starts the intake fan kicks on, then the code is shown. then the exhaust fan kicks on, then it does nothing. I have tried cleaning the flame sensor, checking all the connections on the board, and doing the component test, none worked. What should I do? It is below 10* out here with wind chills in the negatives, so quick replies Much Appreciated! -John
