Fan Blower Motor

Good Evening,

I recently noticed a squeak coming from our Lennox unit. Upon looking over the unit, noticed a couple bolts securing the blower motor (4 total) were loose. As I tightened, one of them snapped. The other 3 are all secure now and noise has gone away. I know that fan spins pretty quickly when the unit is on......however will the fan blower motor be secure with just the 3 bolts. Thanks for your assistance.

I would replace what's broken. Sure the fan is secure but if it was meant to be bolted up with only three bolts, why are there four holes?
