    A/C not cooling

The system was working until 2 days ago. Now there is some cool air coming out but not enough to actually cool the house. Temperature in the room is 85, temp at the register is 75.

    Thermostat:

    Red x Y1(Stage 1 cooling) is 29.18V (off), 0.162V (on)
Red x E (emergency heat)is 29.18V (off), not checked (on)
    Red x G (fan) is 28.95 (off), 0.00 (on)
Red x W2 (2nd stage heat), 29.12 (off), not checked (on)
    Red x O (Reversing valve), 29.15 (off), 0.060 (on)

    Gauge readings (R22 system)

Low side, suction pressure is 111 psig, 65F, line temp is 74.5F (superheat =9.5)
High side, liquid line is 172 psig, 91F

This is goodman cplj4b-1 (no TXV valve). Also, there seems to be a rattle in the compressor area or in high/low lines.

Whats your sub cooling, How are you measuring your line temp, Whats the air temp at the return to you a/c unit and air temp at register closest to a/c unit, Are the condensor and coil clean, What kind of filter are you using
