I am told there are insurance for appliance. I wanted to ask if they would cover HVAC also, and if you know some companies you could refer me to. If these insurance do not cover hvac, what is a comprable arrangement I can make with a local reputable company please? I am not happy with the person who did the recent work for me. After they changed the tray, I smell burnt rubber in house. I think is a tell tell sign of perhaps the belt giving out or something. Not to cast suspicion on anyone; it just seems like my heating and hvac troubles are never ending. What do you recommend? Perhaps a reputable company from Angie's list or something?
