Low wattage always on fan like evergreen motor

Hello, I have a 4 mo old rheem furnace (came with the house I just bought). They tell me it takes 500w to run the motor. An evergreen motor upgrade will cost $850 and uses 70w & it's meant to stay running year round.

is there a way I can add an always on blower motor? or is there a less expensive way to get an evergreen motor in my furnace? Are there any diy kits out there or anything?

    thanks in advance!
