Heater in keeps turning off and on

I have a Thermal Zone heat pack on my centeral air and heat unit. It will light for about 30 seconds usually and then then off. After about 1 minute it lights agian and stays light for about 30 secs again. Does anyone have an idea what could cause this.

You probably have a safety switch that is bad

try replacing your a/c filter first.
