MagicStat CT3200 Thermostat

HI there,

My father just turned on has been sking for me to see if the internet can help with my problem so here we go.

The furnace(gas powered) is controlled by Honeywell MagicStat CT3200 Thermostat and my dad puts the FAN to auto.... and turns the system to heat. Once the house is heated to the desired temp. the fan continues to run and doesnt stop.

Seems like the T stat is not wired correctly, either that or the fan relay contactor has "stuck" in the "on' position.
Wiring layout should be;
Red= power, r/c "jumped"
white = heat relay
yellow= cooling contactor
GREEN = FAN RELAY

Note; on a magic stat 3200 ,there is a 'fuel " switch, for an gas unit make sure it is set on "F" and not "E"

I got some more info on the situation ... it seems that my dad had a brand new motor put in. Once the house is heated the heat stops blowing out but yet the vent keeps going. Any help ... thermostat was not changed.
