    Nortron Furnace

I am having problems with my Nortron Electric Furnace. Sometimes when the thermostat tell it to come on in the heating cycle, it does and other times it doesn't. When the furnace doesn't come on, if I run the fan on continuous from the thermostat it seems to heat the house ok. When the furnace is in AC mode, it works fine cooling the house. I am lost as to which relay is bad. Any help would be appreciated.

in your picture - the sequencer(s) are on the left. the common leads for the heater elements are on the right. looks like the control circuit is 24 volts. with the unit functioning check voltages across each heater starting from the top - down. if you have an amprobe check one heater at a time for current draw. the amprobe will tell you which element is functioning.
