About 20 years ago, we installed a ceiling fan, a Casablanca Stealth model number 3245A in the master bedroom. Works great, but the remote controller started acting very weird of late. I contacted several folks and was informed that the remote receiver needs to be replaced. I contacted one place and their price for the receiver is a whopping $220.00. So, I went to Lowes today, spoke with a knowledgeable person, and wound up purchasing a Harbor Breeze Universal, with receiver, for only $40, https://www.lowes.com/pd/Harbor-Bree...rol/1000061713.
However, the issue is this: The existing controller has a seven pin connector, see image below, whereas the new controller has six wires. Would someone please point me to instructions for wiring the existing fan to the new controller. Thank you.
