oil boiler no go

I have an oil boiler in floor heating system with a power vent,it runs well, but sometimes , usually in the a.m, it will not start up. If i turn the power switch off then on again, it will start and run and do everything it is supposed to all day and evening. I had it serviced and cleaned, replaced the on/off switch, checked for loose and broken wires, and blew out the power vent with compressed air. It still on occasion will not go.
Have you seen anything like this before?
