Hi, I have a Heil 7000 furnace and it seems like the burner won't ignite. When it is turned on, it makes a zapping noise and it seems like something won't ignite. During the zapping noise, and small blue flame is trying to ignite something else. The heat for now is not working. Luckily it is 50 degrees outside the last few days and we have other electrical heaters.
Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated, because I'd really like to do it myself before calling a technician.
